The staff here is helpful and friendly, the location is peaceful and wonderful, and it's great that the Abraj al Bait Mall Towers are just 3 km away.

you guys made our stay great. truly enjoyed the double room and the way it was setup. the staff was amicable when needed. the location was super, near to beach, and the bed comfy. moreover, it's next to the owner's restaurant round the corner for a real canarias experience and the sea and restaurants.

There were comfortable beds and a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe in the double room...

The accommodation here is charming, the staff is very helpful, and it's in a wonderful location very close to the beach.

the hotel was located close to the sea and restaurants. the owner's restaurant was just around the corner. We had a room with a bathtub. the courtyard view was a nice bonus.

our stay at playa de in arinaga was even better than expected. the friendly staff, convenient location by the sea, and clean rooms with great amenities made it a wonderful experience. would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

I was blown away by the incredible friendliness of the host and cafe staff, who went above and beyond to help us. The value for money and location were absolutely mind-blowing. I loved the convenience of having a mini-fridge and the cafe even lent us cutlery! The wifi was super strong and the hotel provided a hairdryer upon request. The fact that it's only a 15-minute ride from the airport and just 200 meters from the beach is jaw-dropping. The nearby bus stop made it easy to explore Maspalomas. The daily room cleaning by the friendly hotel staff was on point. The contact person was so helpful and even arranged a taxi for our early airport transfer. Though the room was small, it was worth every penny. It was cozy and warm even on chilly nights. I adored the stylish decor and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Right on the vibrant touristic strip with endless restaurant options and just steps away from the beach. If I ever return to this area, this hotel is definitely at the top of my list. The cleanliness was exceptional, the owner/manager was friendly, and the proximity to the local seafront was a huge plus. Plus, you get a stunning view of the sea from the top floor room. my stay was absolutely fantastic.

Had a blast at the hotel's bar, trying to order a drink with the limited Spanish I know. The free Wi-Fi was strong enough for me to post my hilarious attempts on social media.

Loved the idea of a tour desk, but unfortunately, they didn't have a tour for "How to Avoid Awkward Conversations in Spanish.

The value for money at Hotel Playa was great. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a small fridge that was very useful. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially the people at the cafe. They provided good Wi-Fi and lent us cutlery when we needed it. The location of the hotel was also great, right on the touristic strip with many restaurants and close to the beach. The mini-fridge in the room was a nice added bonus.

Some items disappeared from our room, though it could have been a misunderstanding. It would have been helpful if the staff had notified us if they found anything in the laundry after cleaning.
